He has graduated from Turkish Army School (System Engineer) and Marmara University, Faculty of Law. He has his PhD degree on defense management from Defense Science Institute. He has attended several educations in the United States. He has attended the education for a quarter as a guest MBA student at Naval Postgraduate School (NPS)/California (2009).
He has studied on “Cultural Differences and Leadership” his master thesis and “Agency Theory” and the “Corporate Ethics” on his PhD thesis. He made some researches on different topics and has some articles and book chapters about these research topics. He lectured on “legal basis of military operations” and “Law of Armed Conflict” lessons at NATO Partnership for Peace School (ANKARA) and “military justice”, “management”` lessons at Turkish Army School. His specialties are administrative law, international trade law, legal perspective of military operations, human resource management, leadership, cultural differences, agency theory, defense management, and defense law.
After 22 years of military service generally as human resource management and legal affairs officer in the army, he has retired with the rank of colonel. He has 2 NATO medal (Afghanistan) and 1 European Union Medal (Bosnia) and several certifates of NATO or National Educations. He has attended several Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC) courses in Turkey, Afghanistan, and Macedonia as lecturer.
After his retirement, he started working on legal practices. He is doing his legal works as a member of Ankara Bar Association and also a member of immigration rights center of the same Association. He is
